Do you ever feel so stressed that you just need to get away from it all? Or maybe you are just looking for some fun new activities to try.

So what can you do to combat stress? One way is to try some new outdoor activities.

Biking is another great way to get some exercise and fresh air. It is also a great way to explore your surroundings and take in all the sights and sounds. Plus, biking has been shown to reduce stress levels.
