It is not because they have more hours in the day. It is simply because they use their time better.


Time is a precious asset and making the most of it is important.


And a lot of people can get overwhelmed when there’s too much to do.


Fortunately, there are some strategies you can use to help you get more done in less time. Here are twelve tips that will help you maximize your productive hours:


1. Prioritize

Make a list of what needs to be done and work on those tasks first. Prioritizing will help you focus on what is important and ensure that you do not waste time on unimportant tasks. And, if you need to, break each task down into smaller chunks to make them more manageable.


2. Set a timer

Setting a timer can help keep you on track with your tasks and prevent you from getting distracted by other things. It is also helpful for setting achievable goals and helping you stay motivated. It may be helpful to set a timer for each task and a longer timer for the day or week.


3. Take breaks
