But the truth is, there are a lot of things you can do to make yourself happy all the time. It just takes a little bit of effort and commitment.


And when you do find ways to be happy all the time, it is worth it because happiness is one of the best things in life.


So, if you want to be happy all the time, here are ten things you can do:


1. Find your passion and pursue it

When you are passionate about something, it is easy to be happy all the time. When you love what you do, you never have to work a day in your life. So, find something you are passionate about and pursue it because it will make you happy all the time.


2. Spend time with loved ones

Another way to be happy all the time is to spend time with your loved ones. Whether it is your family, friends, or significant other, spending time with people you care about will always put a smile on your face.


3. Set goals and achieve them

Setting goals gives you something to strive for and achieve. And when you accomplish those goals, it will make you happy all the time. So, set some goals for yourself and start working towards them.


4. Do something nice for someone else

One of the best ways to make yourself happy is to do something nice for someone else. When you brighten someone else’s day, it will automatically make you feel good as well. So, go out of your way to do something nice for someone else and it will make you happy all the time.


5. Exercise

Exercise is another great way to be happy all the time. Not only does it improve your physical health, but it also boosts your mood and helps reduce stress. So, make sure to get some exercise every day because it will make you happy.


6. Get enough sleep

If you want to be happy all the time, you need to make sure you are getting enough sleep. Most people need around eight hours of sleep per night. So, if you are not getting enough sleep, start making it a priority and you’ll see a difference in your happiness levels.


7. Eat healthily

What you eat also plays a big role in your happiness. If you are eating junk food all the time, it is going to hurt your mood. But if you are eating healthy, it will help you be happy all the time. So, make sure to eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and healthy proteins.


8. Find a hobby

Another great way to be happy all the time is to find a hobby that you enjoy. When you have a hobby, it gives you something to look forward to and helps you relax. So, find something you are interested in and make it your hobby because it can help your happiness levels.


9. Be positive

If you want to be happy all the time, you need to make sure you’re thinking positive thoughts. Negative thinking will only make you unhappy. So, whenever you start to think negative thoughts, turn them around and focus on the positive instead.


10. Live in the present

One of the best things you can do for your happiness is to live in the present. Don’t dwell on the past or worry about the future. Just focus on what is happening right now and enjoy it. When you live in the present, it is easy to be happy all the time.
